These emerging conditions are in fact creating opportunities for CACCI countries that need to be considered. The disruption is driven by a process of de-coupling of certain economies and supply processes vis-a-vis a de-risking imperative. The impact on CACCI areas will realign the global value chains and could transform the region’s agendas.
